Arrival at the venue (Convene, 155 Bishopsgate, Liverpool Street, London, EC2M 3YD)

Convene at 155 Bishopsgate is situated minutes from Liverpool Street station, the venue is easy to reach from a number of train, underground and bus routes. Details of step free access can be found here.

Once in the venue, head to the first floor via the lifts or escalators and you will find the conference entrance on your right where the registration desk is located. A manned cloakroom will also be available to delegates next to registration.

Day one

Registration will open at 08:30 and will be open throughout the two days. Please collect your badge before heading into the networking space for refreshments. A welcome breakfast on the NHF stand will be available from 08:45. The main event starts at 10:00 with Mark Easton's opening remarks with sessions running until 17:10.

We will be running three sessions over the lunch break on some specific topics. Please note that the Chairs lunch session is only open to current Chairs. The full agenda can be found here.

The conference dinner is now at capacity. If you have pre-registered for the dinner you should have received some additional information from The Customer service team last week. Please email events@housing.org.uk if you have any questions.

Day two


We begin the second day with a breakfast session from the Housing Ombudsman at 08:30 followed by the chairs opening remarks from 09:15. Sessions will run until 15:15. The live agenda can be found on the event app.

Please note there is no need to pre-register for any of the sessions. If a session has a limited capacity it will be stated in the event app and places will be allocated on the day on a first come first serve basis. A prayer room is also available, please speak to someone at the registration desk if you require any assistance.
