Geeta Nanda

Vice Chair, CrisisGeeta was a long-serving chief executive with over 35 years’ experience in the housing sector, including housing associations, the private rental sector and the associated policy development arena. She was the Chief Executive of Metropolitan Thames Valley Housing Association, for over 16 years, which is one of the largest housing associations in the country with responsibility for around 60,000 homes, 120,000 residents and an ongoing new-build programme of over 1,000 homes a year. She was previously a Non-Executive Director of the NHF and McCarthy Stone plc, a developer and manager of retirement communities, and also the former Chair of G15, the group representing London's largest housing associations.
Geeta is currently the Chair for PRS REIT plc, the first UK quoted real estate investment trust to focus on new build family homes for the private rental market. She is a Non Executive Director at Barratt Redrow and Chair of their sustainability committee. Also Chair of Lloyd’s Living Pathways FPRP. She joined Crisis, the homelessness charity, in September 2024 where she is Vice Chair and she is also part of the national advisory panel for Homewards, the Royal Foundations programme to demonstrate it is possible to end homelessness.
Paul Massara
Chair, SNGA Chair and NED with regulated experience across Europe and North America markets with senior leadership experience in housing, energy and charity sectors focusing on operational execution, digitalization and innovation. Paul has been Chair of SNG for 5 years and helped guide the merger of Sovereign with Network, to create SNG which now has 92,000 homes across London and the Southwest.
Paul has 30+ year's experience in the energy markets, serving on both the Executive Committees of Centrica Plc and RWE, when he was CEO of Npower, he has also worked with government, serving on the Committee on Fuel Poverty for 6 years. He spent 9 years in Canada, as President of Centrica Canadian Operations and became Chair of the Toronto Board of Trade and was voted Top 40 Under 40 in Canada. He has served on a number of charity boards including Opportunity International (Canada), Prison Fellowship (Canada) and Medicinema (UK). He has a keen interest in mentoring and investing in Climate-tech and Deep-tech AI businesses.
Caroline Corby
Chair, PeabodyCaroline Corby worked in the City for 13 years, specialising in private equity. During this period she served as a non-executive director on a number of private sector boards across a range of industries.
After taking a career break to raise her three daughters, Caroline joined the board of London Probation Trust in 2007 and subsequently became chair. She has since undertaken a number of board appointments in the public sector including being chair of the Parole Board for England and Wales from 2018 to 2025.
From 2020 to 2024, Caroline was chair of One Housing Group. One Housing merged with The Riverside Group, and Caroline became vice-chair of the merged group which had 75,000 homes. She therefore has extensive experience in social housing, care and support and regulatory standards.
Caroline became chair of Peabody in 2024. Her focus is on scrutinising performance, championing equality, diversity and inclusion and driving continuous improvement as Peabody negotiates the ongoing challenges of the social housing sector.
As well as her role at Peabody, Caroline became chair of the Crown Prosecution Service board in September 2025 (the independent body which prosecutes crime investigated by the police and other investigative bodies in England and Wales), and is chair of the Professional Standards Authority (which oversees the regulation of all health workers in the UK and social workers in England) and is a non-executive director of the Security Industry Authority.
Gina Amoh MBA FCIH
Board Member, The Guinness PartnershipWith 35 years of experience in the housing sector, Gina has held senior leadership positions including Chief Executive and Executive Director.
Gina has held board positions with both profit and not-for-profit Registered Providers (RPs) as well as an Arms-Length Management Organisation (ALMO) and has also served as a statutory appointee to the board of an organisation under special measures. Until recently, she was a member of the Homes for Londoners Board, chaired by the Mayor of London. Gina chaired the BME London Housing Association and is the founder and a trustee of Leadership 2025, a charity dedicated to increasing ethnic diversity in housing sector leadership. She currently serves on the board of The Guinness Partnership.
Parminder Dosanjh
Board Member, whgFor the past twenty-five years Parminder has designed and delivered ground-breaking audience development initiatives for arts, broadcast, and heritage. Her work spans digital production with the BBC, supporting the Cultural Olympiad programme with Arts Council England, and inclusive programming.
Now Creative Director of one of Arts Council’s Creative People and Places programmes, Parminder co-leads Creative Black Country. Her role focusses on co-design, placemaking and amplifying the assets in the region through creative process.
Outside of her role, Parminder is an Area Council Member for Arts Council England, Trustee with Black Country Living Museum, and a Board Member of West Midlands Combined Authority Cultural Leadership Board.
Parminder is also a member of whg’s People and Governance Committee.
Leann Hearne
Board Member, Yorkshire HousingLeann’s background is in growing, developing and leading businesses. She started her career in engineering sales and went on to become managing director of an international manufacturing business in 2000. She’s held a few non-executive roles in the housing sector, and is now chief executive of Livv Housing Group.
Supporting ambition, nurturing aspirations and creating opportunities are the focus of the work she does with businesses and communities. She’s a board member at Northern Housing Consortium, where she’s chair of the commercial committee.

Nick Yandle

Board Member, InnisfreeNick started his career in the social housing sector, completing Sanctuary Group’s Graduate Development Programme before going on to lead their public affairs and legal teams. He then spent three years at the National Housing Federation, leading their policy work on regeneration, asset management and building safety.
Nick joined the Civil Service in 2019, first to the Infrastructure & Projects Authority in the Cabinet Office where he led work to improve the delivery of infrastructure in the UK, before joining HM Treasury as Head of Strategy in October 2022. Nick is a Board Member of Innisfree Housing Association and remains an active supporter of the social housing movement. He lives in South East London with his partner and their two cats.
Aileen Evans
Board Member, Curo GroupAileen Evans joined the Combined Board in February 2025 and will become Chair of the Customer Experience Committee from July 2025. She brings extensive experience in the housing, education and charity sectors, with more than 30 years at executive level. She was President of the Chartered Institute of Housing from 2019 to 2021 and is now Vice-Chair of its Board, where she also chairs the Governance, Ethics and Remuneration Committee.
Following leadership roles at Leicester Housing Association, South Yorkshire Housing Association and Aragon Housing Association, Aileen was most recently Group Chief Executive of Grand Union Housing, leading a 400-strong team to deliver exceptional customer service, build new homes and provide support services. She has particular expertise in organisational transformation and employee engagement, and is a skilled speaker, chair, presenter and facilitator.
Ciaran Tully
External Affair Manager, National Housing FederationCiaran Tully is an External Affairs Manager at the National Housing Federation. He is the regional lead for North West and the member engagement lead for influencing.
